All ESIMPY services are digital and delivered instantly through our online platform. No physical delivery is involved. Once payment is confirmed, your virtual number will be immediately available in your account.

After a virtual number is issued:

• Payment for each service is charged immediately when a phone number is purchased
• You may only use the received number to receive SMS from the selected service; SMS from other services will be discarded
• The number of SMS messages received within the allotted time (5–30 minutes) is unlimited
• If no SMS is received within approximately 5 minutes in certain cases, the order will be automatically cancelled and funds returned to your credit balance

ESIMPY operates 24/7. However, number availability depends on stock from the operators we partner with. We continuously add new numbers daily to ensure optimal availability. If numbers for a specific country are unavailable, please try again later or contact our support team.

ESIMPY does not guarantee SMS delivery, control over content, timeliness, or availability of numbers, as these factors depend on mobile operators and third-party services. If you experience any issues, our support team is available to help.
