Refund Policy
Procedures and terms for submitting refund requests for ESIMPY services.

Credit Top-Ups Are Non-Refundable
All credit top-up purchases are final and non-refundable. Once payment has been successfully processed and credits have been added to your account, funds cannot be returned in any form.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Credits that have been added but not yet used
- Credits purchased via any payment method, including cryptocurrency
- Credits purchased accidentally or in the wrong amount
- Accounts that have been deactivated or suspended for violations of our Terms & Conditions
Please ensure you are purchasing the correct amount of credits before completing your payment. If you have any questions before topping up, contact our support team first.
Refund Procedure
Refunds for eligible orders are processed as follows:
- Submit a refund request to our support team
- We will review your request within 30 business days
- If the reason is a non-functioning service, we will offer a fix first before issuing a refund
- The refund amount is determined based on the remaining balance in your electronic account
- Funds are returned via the method specified in your request. Payment gateway fees will be deducted from the refunded amount
Automatic Credit Return
Payments will be automatically returned to your credit balance within 15 minutes if: you cancel an order before the SMS is received, or the SMS is not received within the allotted time (usually within 5 minutes for certain automatic cancellations). Abusing this rule repeatedly may result in a 1-hour restriction on your account.
Special Conditions
- Credit top-ups are non-refundable under any circumstances once payment is confirmed
- Refunds are not available for suspended or blocked accounts
- Refunds for purchases made via API are not provided
- Accounts inactive for more than 1 year will be deleted and the balance cannot be recovered
- Transferring balance between accounts is not permitted
