Platform Rules

Payment for any service is charged immediately upon purchase of a virtual phone number.

You may only use the received phone number to receive SMS from the selected service. SMS from other services will be automatically discarded.

The number of SMS messages received within the allotted time (5–30 minutes) is unlimited.

Payment will be refunded to your credit balance if you cancel the order before an SMS is received, or if no SMS arrives within the designated time (in applicable cases, approximately 5 minutes). Repeated abuse of this rule may result in a 1-hour restriction on your account.

ESIMPY operates a rating system. Mass abuse of the right to not receive SMS to an allocated virtual number within the specified time may result in a 1-hour account restriction.

It is strictly prohibited to use the services of this platform for any illegal purposes, or to take actions that are detrimental to ESIMPY and/or third parties.

It is prohibited to use platform services for the purpose of activating paid subscriptions.

We are not responsible for incorrect use of API functions or for software bugs caused by improper use of our API by the user. Refunds for user-caused software errors are not provided.

ESIMPY's role is to provide you with a virtual number and SMS delivery. We are not responsible for bans or restrictions imposed on registered accounts by third-party services, as these are affected by many external factors. If you are unsatisfied with a number, click "Cancel" before an SMS is received. Refunds for banned accounts are not provided.

All credit top-up purchases are final and non-refundable. Once credits have been added to your account, funds cannot be returned under any circumstances.

Your account will be permanently deleted if it remains inactive for more than 1 year. The balance cannot be restored after deletion. Transferring balances between accounts is prohibited.

Any fees applied by the payment gateway when depositing funds are displayed on the checkout page before you complete the transaction.

In the event of a violation of these rules by the Customer, or upon receiving information from third parties about such a violation, ESIMPY reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate the Customer's access to any or all sections of the platform at any time, with or without prior notice, and without liability for any resulting harm. ESIMPY also reserves the right to delete a Customer's account if it is determined that the Customer poses a threat to the platform or its users.

Your Username, Password, and API Key are considered your personal digital signature and credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining their confidentiality and for all activity conducted under your account.

Our services are not available to residents of the United States and Russia. By agreeing to these rules, you confirm that you are not a citizen or permanent resident of the United States or Russia, and that you will not attempt to access our services from within those countries. Attempts to register or use our services from these regions may result in immediate account termination without prior notice.
